What is a self-portrait studio?

A self-portrait studio lets you take portraits by yourself with professional photography equipments set in place. Now you can take your own portraits and get professional results - no photographer needed! All you need to do is control the camera with use of a trigger and unleash your creative spirit.

Do you shy away from booking a shoot with a professional photographer? Self-portrait shoot is for you!

What are your studio hours?

Open daily from 10:30am - 7:30pm

Where can we park?

There's FREE and ample parking space in all our branches.

Do you accept walk-in?

Yes, we accept walk-in & same-day appointments but slots are not guaranteed. We highly recommend that you message our page ahead and book in advance to avoid potential waiting time or refusal especially during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before your booked time so that we can open the slot to walk-in clients. We don't take deposit but please notify us right away if there are last minute changes on your schedule.

What are your payment options?

For now, we only accept cash or Gcash. Payment will be made towards the end of your session.

What happens if we don't arrive on time?

We strictly follow booking hours. Late arrival can delay all our appointments. If you dont arrive within 10 minutes from appointment time, we will open the slot to walk-in/next client in line and you will be moved to the next available walk-in slot (which we can't guarantee especially during weekends and holidays).

What happens if I don't show up without informing the studio?

If you don't show up on your scheduled appointment without informing us, you will be tagged as NO SHOW. The next time you book, you will be required to pay the full package amount before you get a slot.

Can I extend my time at the studio?

If you do need more time, kindly book two sessions back-to-back.

Is there any limit on number of person in the studio?

Ideal number of pax that fit the frame is 8 persons but we still accept big groups if you go beyond 8. We don't limit number of persons but due to limited backdrop size and camera frame, you need to plan your posing arrangements and sequence so that everyone can fit perfectly on the camera.

Can you keep our photos private?

We value your privacy. After the shoot, you will be asked if you allow us to post your photos on our social media accounts or not.

How do I receive the soft copies?

Photos will be sent via wetransfer (sent to the email you provided). Make sure to secure a copy of the files before it gets permanently deleted (7 days expiry)

When do I receive the soft copies?

It will be sent within 24 hours

Do you sell raw/unedited photos?

No we don't. All files are in jpeg format and color enhanced using our preset. Raw/unedited photos do not accurately represent our works and brand.

Can I bring my own USB Flash Drive?

Yes, you may for as long as it's brand new (packed and sealed). We don't accept used USB flash drive for it may contain virus that can corrupt our PC. We also have USB flash drive available for sale.

Can I still purchase all digital copies even if I already left the studio?

Yes, just message right away so that we can send you the photos before we delete it permanently. We store photos for a short period of time only (7 days).

What are possible extra cost aside from the package price?

Extra person: PHP 200

with 1 photo print

Extra kid: PHP 100

below 12 y/o

Extra toddler: FREE

5 y/o and below

Extra pet: PHP 100

first 2 pets are FREE

Extra photo print: PHP 50

All soft copies: PHP 300

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Pets are very much welcome in our studio for as long as they are potty trained or with diapers. First two pets are free. Addon +PHP 100 for extra pet.

Are kids free?

5 years old and below are FREE. 6-12 years old is +PHP 100/kid.

Can I bring props?

Yes, definitely! Feel free to bring props to match your concept like balloons, banners, flowers, etc...

Can I change multiple times during the shoot?

Yes, you can change multiple times during your session. Plan your session flow and poses ahead so that you can achieve all your concept within the given timeframe. Time is continuous and cannot be paused.

Do you have an in-house photographer?

No, we don't have. Uclick aims to provide a unique and modern way of capturing photos without the help/assistance of a photographer. We want our clients to unleash their creativity! We guarantee it's going to be a very fun and memorable experience.

Are the photo orientation all portraits?

Yes. All photos will be captured in portrait orientation only.
